Global Donut Days 2024
GDD 2024 is a full day of online sessions followed by several days of local events by local groups around the globe.
This year’s theme is local action and global connection.
Our session is currently scheduled for 7:45am on 7th November, Brisbane time.
We are planning a local event in conjunction with ACF Community Brisbane Northside on Sunday 3rd November. More details to come but if you register here now, you’ll get updates. Registration is essential for insurance and catering purposes. Yes, there will be doughnuts courtesy of the Brisbane Northside group!

The topic for our next combined post is housing - a very wide topic that could include housing affordability, housing design, urban design, density, development, redevelopment, and so on. There is no simple solution and there are many competing factors. How can we approach the issue from the broader Circular Economy and Doughnut Economics frameworks?
